Located in the resort community of Tahoe-Donner near Highway 80. You and your guests will definitely enjoy the quiet, forest-setting while only minutes from Casinos, ski resorts (Donner Ranch, NorthStar, Squaw Valley, Sugar Bowl & Boreal), shopping, restaurants/bars, and recreation ( snowmobiling). This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Tahoe cabin will make a perfect getaway for your next ski vacation. It is furnished with detailed attention, upscale furniture, new carpet, hardwood floors throughout the kitchen and dining room, slate entrance and granite kitchen counters. Spacious cabin (built in 2000) features large living room with river rock fireplace, new kitchen with gourmet appliances, Spanish-Mediterranean style dining room, a media room with TV/Video/DVD, a bunkroom with custom-made Queen bunk-beds, and beautiful scenery at the deck, will sleep up to 8 adults comfortably and washer/dryer on site. There is a cleaning fee of $125.00. 21 days prior to arrival, full rental will be charged. A reservation deposit of $250.00 will secure the reservation and will be converted to be part of the rental. A Security Deposit of $500.00 will be charged to your credit card if the cabin and/or any furnishings are found to be damaged by tenant. Horseback Riding at Tahoe Donner Two Golf Courses located within 5 minutes from Cabin. Tahoe Donner Golf Course and Coyote Moon Golf Course. TD Golf Course has driving range. Great new restaurant at the Golf Course. Trout Creek Recreation Center(s). There are 2 rec centers nearby. One within walking distance, the other about 4 miles away and feature community swimming pools, playgrounds, basketball courts, and gym with saunas! EXTREMELY QUIET WITH A FOREST SETTING. BEAUTIFUL PEACEFUL FOREST IS IN YOUR BACKYARD WITH A STREAM RUNNING YEAR ROUND. A WALKING TRAIL NEXT TO THE CREEK IS A PERFECT WAY TO ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF THIS AREA.
